The muffler and pipe were delivered unboxed by UPS. Flange was twisted, muffler was all dented and mounting brackets were bent. We had to heat up the bracket to make it fit and not sure if the muffler flange will leak as we are still in the middle of installing it. There needs to be a better way to ship items like this so they are not damaged. I was going to return it but it didn't appear as there was a way to get another one, only a refund or other items were offered to replace it (including a hat! Like how will a hat help when I needed a muffler and tailpipe?) The item is an exact match to original, too bad it arrived in such a mess
