I didn't like the fact that this muffler shipped without any packaging. It took some damage during shipping, but those dents seem to be superficial, mostly on the heat shield welded to the top of the muffler.The fit is good, but read the description and reviews carefully. This muffler fits my 1998 Honda Civic DX two door coupe. It doesn't fit the hatchback. Installation only took me about 20 minutes, and since I live in the sun belt rather than the rust belt, I was able to reuse the original screws and springs with no problem.The muffler does a great job muffling the sound of my engine. I'm not sure if I'm so impressed because I've been driving without a muffler or if this muffler is better than the original, but my car seems quieter than it's ever been.We'll see how long it lasts. If it doesn't last long, I'll be back to edit this review.
