Was somewhat leery of doing repair on my suburban rv 6 gallon water heater. Don’t want to mess this one up, so make sure you test and retest your connections. I screwed up when replacing heating element, thought I could bend gas line versus remove. You can’t, don’t try. So this was the perfect replacement. I reused the old fittings. Bought 2 brass ferrules. Tightened up and worked good.
