I am the unfortunate owner of a 100% waterproof "dry suit" and I use that term very very lightly. It would be more accurate if they were called what they truly are, 70% waterproof 40% of the time. As soon as you look at the suit it springs a leak and it doesn't stop there, you haven't even gotten in the water yet! 5 dives into the suit and the dump valve(pictured above) refuses to hold air in your suit. So seeing as you sent in the warranty card along with your purchase receipt as per their instructions, you figure, hey no big deal its under warranty!! So you shoot them an email and tell them the problem and the real nightmare begins! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They refuse to honor their warranty. So now I'm stuck with a leaky suit that falls more and more apart with every five and a broken valve that I ended up replacing with one from my local scuba shop. So overall my suggestion is to never ever buy anything made by 100% waterproof or with their logo on it.
